Natural Ventilation and Cooling: Continuous ridge ventilators are installed on the roof, combined with transparent skylights, utilizing the principle of rising hot air for natural ventilation.

A: Very safe. This double-span design has undergone precise structural calculations and is the most economical and stable way to construct ultra-wide buildings. It effectively distributes the roof load, making it particularly suitable for large warehouses.

Q: How do you solve the problem of heat inside the warehouse?

A: We can install self-powered ventilators at the roof ridge, utilizing natural wind to remove indoor heat. We can also add insulation materials such as fiberglass insulation to the roof, blocking over 80% of solar heat.

Q: Do you provide the 1.5m brick wall?

A: The brick wall is usually built by local workers you find. Honstar will provide you with accurate steel structure foundation drawings and connection details, allowing your local construction team to easily achieve a perfect fit between the brick wall and the steel structure.

Q: How many containers are needed to transport 5,000 square meters of materials?

A: Depending on the specific steel load-bearing design, a 5,000 square meter warehouse requires 7-10  40HQ containers. We will provide a detailed packing list to facilitate your inventory and installation.
