HOW TO DO BUSINESS WITH HONSTAR?
THE SERVICE PROCESS OF HONSTAR CONSTRUCTION:
Step I, introduce your project plan to us, provide the Length & Width of your project, the area of your land, and describe the function of the steel structure project you need.
Step II, our technical team will issue the design plan with 3D drawings for your project, at the same time, our sales team will quote for you with each item of the project, our company can supply the all items in a steel structure project, to save your time and costs.
If you have design drawings already, you can send us for checking the costs.
(If you just need a design drawing service, we can supply you whole set of formal construction drawings for your project after receiving the design payment. This set of drawings can be used by any construction teams and any materials factories.)
Step III, when you accept our design plan and the quotation, we will sign a contract for the items you required. If the whole project would be completed by our company, the formal construction drawings will be for free.
Then after getting your 30% advance payment of contract value, our technical team will design the full set of drawings within 7 days, including the foundation drawings, architecture drawings, structural drawings and installation drawings.
Then our factory will manufacture the needed steel structures according to the drawings, like columns, beams etc., and prepare the decoration materials as the contract required.
At the same time, you can do the foundation works on your site according to the guidance of our foundation drawings.
Step IV, after 30-45 days, the all needed materials would be ready, then you should make the 70% balance payment of contract value before delivery. Once received the total payment, we will book a ship and arrange the packing & loading for the materials, our technical team will design the economical packing plan to save the containers' space, then save sea freights for our clients.
Step V, when the materials arrive at your country, your foundation works had been done. Then you should find a building team in your local to build the steel structure project under the guidance of our technical people. Our company will assign some engineers to your construction site, train your workers and supply technical supports in whole installation process.
A steel building project need about 2-4 months.
