12m Specialized Clearance: Due to the height of ships when out of the water in dry dock, standard industrial clearance is insufficient. Our design team customized a 12-meter clearance eaves height, ensuring that even when ships are supported on dry dock supports, the gantry cranes have sufficient vertical clearance to lift and avoid the tallest ship structures. 

Multi-Crane Quadruple Lifting: A double-span frame with custom-welded crane beams and columns supports a high-density lifting system: two 10-ton gantry cranes and two 5-ton gantry cranes. This allows multiple maintenance teams to perform engine dismantling, hull replacement, and large component movement within parallel docks without interfering with each other.

1.5m High Integrated Protection Wall: The building frame includes a 1.5-meter high brick wall encircling the entire perimeter. This provides a hard anti-collision barrier against heavy shipyard machinery and protects the building's lower perimeter from seasonal coastal tides.

A: This was achieved through sophisticated structural calculation software. Our technical team didn't simply place the cranes on a standard frame. We increased the web and flange thickness of the high-strength Q355B main columns, integrated factory-welded crane supports, and installed high-rigidity crane rail beams. We calculated the extreme case of multiple cranes simultaneously operating at full load and braking to ensure the building could safely withstand all vertical loads, lateral forces, and longitudinal thrust without structural fatigue.
