(Weifang, China) August 11, 2025 – Honstar Construction Co., Limited, a leading domestic steel structure solutions provider, recently announced that a batch of large prefabricated steel warehouses, custom-made for a renowned construction company in Benin, West Africa, has successfully completed production, inspection, and packaging, and has officially departed for Qingdao Port.
The shipment consists of core steel structures and maintenance systems, which will be used to construct a large-scale industrial warehouse measuring 64 meters (length) x 60 meters (width) x 11 meters (height), covering a total area of 3,840 square meters. The warehouse utilizes high-strength Q355B national standard steel (equivalent to European standard E355JR) for its main frame, ensuring overall stability and durability.
All steel components are precision-fabricated in-house, including cutting, welding, drilling, and secondary spray-coating for rust prevention, ensuring high product quality and convenient on-site installation. To ensure the safe and efficient delivery of the goods to their destination, 12 containers were used for this shipment. All steel beams, purlins, wall panels, roof panels, ventilators, electric rolling doors, and other components were professionally packaged to prevent moisture and rust, and securely packed within the containers. This minimized potential risks during transportation and demonstrated Honstar's extensive experience in international logistics of large components.
The project faced a tight deadline. After receiving the client's advance payment, Honstar responded swiftly, completing all production and port collection tasks within just 35 working days, demonstrating its exceptional supply chain management and project execution capabilities.
